You Look Like a Million Bucks!

October 13, 2019

Who wouldn’t feel like a million bucks wearing an Ivanka Trump dress, Coach shoes, and a Michael Kors purse dangling from their arm? That is the experience that Dress for Success hopes to provide for every one of their clients with gently used suits, shoes, and accessories. Whether your clothing is brand new or new-to-you, receiving a compliment like, “You look like a million bucks!” has the power to lift your whole day.

It’s essential to look and feel your best whether you are headed for the runway or an interview to land your next job. Thanks to the services of Dress for Success, women who are reentering the workforce can count on a place to get outfitted head to toe. Not only can they dress for the part, but they can also learn a variety of life skills that will better position them for their upcoming interview.

On Point Executive Center has been collecting suits for over a decade and has donated over 5,000 to date. Suits, dresses, shoes, and accessories are dropped off throughout the year and then picked up by a representative from Dress for Success. They use the clothing to suit their clients and sell any excess at their annual sale. All proceeds benefit the administration of the organization.

***If you have women’s business clothes you would like to donate to the organization, drop them off at our office 3030 N. Rocky Point Drive W., #150, Tampa 33607.
